Heating, controls, ventilation, screens, irrigation and glazing are considered together, not in isolation. System interactions are monitored across seasons. Modifications are assessed for their effects on adjacent systems, not just their local result.
The outcome is not only a reliably maintained facility.
It is operational knowledge that, when a project eventually emerges, means the brief reflects how the facility actually works — not how it was last documented.

The standard first paid engagement where a site needs clarity before design, procurement or works are agreed.
The fee is calculated on site size, complexity and scope of review required.
Every report delivers:
a record of the facility as found
a clear definition of the actual presenting problem
identified risks categorised by urgency
practical options with relative implications stated clearly
a recommended next step
The first conversation costs nothing. If a site visit or structured review is needed, the scope and any cost are agreed before it proceeds.
Advisory fees may be credited back against agreed works if BM Greenhouses is subsequently appointed, by prior agreement.
Scope Definition / Pre-Tender Brief
Where a project needs a clear basis for procurement, pricing or phased delivery.
Translates the recommended path into a procurement-ready document.
Includes:
defined scope, assumptions and exclusions
package and interface notes
a clear basis for tendering or contractor comparison.
